The best happy hour in town! 3pm-6p DAILY That's where you have to be. Varied drinks and high quality food for HH. Recommended by a friend, and she was right!! Spacious, 2nd floor parking, I went directly into, indoor and terrace seating available. I had an "old fashion" for my HH drink; roasted Brussels spits w/walnuts and meatballs for apps! Yeah, I know. The service was tight and efficient!

This Palm Desert location is much nicer and cleaner than the one in Palm Springs. The service and food are also better. Rubio's excels at serving up tasty dishes in all categories from tacos to burritos to even salads and their salsas are fresh and tasty. All at a pretty fair price. Have been a longtime customer.

Rubio is always a great place for some fast Mexican. My son loves to go there and we enjoy the fish Tacos. Taco Tuesday is always very popular to come so early. There are many seats and also many parking spaces and some seats also outside.

I don't know what authentic Mexican cuisine is. But I know what good food is. And Rubio never disappoints me. I love her bowls and the sauces so much! Image: Mexican corn shell, Zilantro limes quinoa shell and fish taco.
