Ok, We went here for a Birthday Celebration. I was very underwhelmed at what happened next. The place was literally empty (3pm). There was only one (1) server available. The Host failed to relay to the server regarding the Birthday, so there was no surprise singing or cake slice offering. To clarify, I set it up with the host, and it was ignored. Needless to say, the celebration was unsuccessful. The table was slightly sticky. The table covering was actually a Poly Urethane Tarp?! We ordered, and the food was ok. Not the best. Lots of free parking. Dear Ruby Tuesday, Please upgrade your menus online and in-house to match. In addition, please remove the tarps from the tables, add more lightin...

I went to this restaurant in 15 minutes and waited there for 15 minutes to get the package. The package system devices are not well monitored, that is, the customers who come to their own restaurant are given priority. They place the order, they have a hard time understanding it.. ' They don 't know about the package until the driver leaves. In fact, where the driver is, how long it will take for him to arrive, and when he arrives at the restaurant, the devices show an alarm and this is not taken into account. Business owners who do not think about this should urgently find a solution to this or quit the package business...

I came to Ruby Tuesday’s on a Monday evening with my family of seven. They seated us almost instantly and were very accomodating. We were greeted by Gerald who provided great service throughout the night informing us of deals and asking if we wanted any refills. When we got our food (within 15 minutes of ordering , it was tasty and cooked to instructions. A great night out. Other than a bit of a sticky table 5/5 stars experience would recommend :

Jessica our server was excellent. She was personable and pleasant, as well as, knowledgeable of the menu items and informed us the daily special. She kept checking to see if we needed anything and to make sure everything was alright. She is an asset to you reorganization. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch

Food was so flavorless. No avocado at all on my burger and the tator tots were sprinkled heavily in salt. My mothers food was the same bland and cooked fast in a microwave. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3
