I went for a late weekday lunch. It's a bit run down looking inside. The men's room was pretty beat up in particular it looks like someone took a hammer to the old corroded faucet, with split metal. The salad bar was relatively fresh, but the toppings were pretty basic middle of the road stuff. I got a bacon cheeseburger with tots. The burger was just OK, but the tots were mostly air and a bit oily. The service was friendly and efficient, but there were probably only a half dozen customers at that hour. Pretty unexceptional. There are better options in the area, so I doubt I'll be coming back.
I came to Ruby Tuesday’s on a Monday evening with my family of seven. They seated us almost instantly and were very accomodating. We were greeted by Gerald who provided great service throughout the night informing us of deals and asking if we wanted any refills. When we got our food (within 15 minutes of ordering , it was tasty and cooked to instructions. A great night out. Other than a bit of a sticky table 5/5 stars experience would recommend :
This will forever be our go to location for a family night. Everyone from the bartender up to the manager are great! We had the best server Jessica! She is great! She was very patient with our children and also very knowledgeable of the menu and drinks. When we return we will definitely request Jessica again! Wish I could give her 10 stars! Service: Dine in
Jessica our server was excellent. She was personable and pleasant, as well as, knowledgeable of the menu items and informed us the daily special.
