The restaurant in Middletown has terrible management and a shortage of servers. My wife and I went there last weekend and were told there would be a 15-minute wait for a table. Despite the fact that there were plenty of vacant tables, they had only two servers working on a Friday night. While we waited, a woman left, stating that her food hadn't arrived, and others who were also waiting decided to leave as well. After 17 minutes, we chose to leave too. I'm not sure why they can't find enough staff, but they need to resolve this issue quickly before it drives customers away for good.
Initially, there were no utensils or napkins provided at the table. The manager failed to come out to address the long wait. The server, despite being the only one attending to the customers, did his best to manage everyone. After two hours, we still hadn't received any food, aside from an appetizer and a salad.
We enjoyed the kebabs at Kebableas, featuring both beef and chicken, along with an unlimited salad bar. After a day of shopping, we were very pleased with our dinner. Our waitress provided outstanding service. While the lampshades felt a bit old-fashioned, the booth seating in the bar was cozy and comfortable.
This place is a RIP OFF. The website advertises the garden bar as being $7.99 lunch special on Wednesday. We were charged the full price of $12.99. If they don't participate in the website specials they should state this. My suggestion is go to fast food restaurants and get your moneys worth.

Love this place great for good eats with the fam. My server was Kristin she was super attentive and patient with us. I ordered the coconut shrimp one of my favorites. The manager was present and checked in on us also. I would recommend.
Ruby Tuesday used to be a great family-friendly restaurant, but that's no longer the case. The bartenders, who seem completely lacking in customer service skills, self-awareness, and basic manners, are downright rude.
Everything was so yummy here. I came with my best friend. Our server was Kristin she was awesome and super friendly. I would request her again. The manager Claudine was awesome and made sure to check in on us.
Outstanding service and food. Staff were fantastic. Jason was great.Parking: Parking is easy and lots.
