Ruby Tuesday - Reservar una mesa

The food is decent but the major turn off is the horrible service, it literally took like an hour and 45 minutes for me and my family to receive our food. And on top of that our Waiter never check on us to make sure we were good. Seems like they’re always understaff I can see now why there’s only like two Ruby Tuesdays locations left In CT. Management sucks and this place is holding on for dear life.

Unfortunate and depressing atmosphere. Marginally better than fast food but will probably not revisit this location.

Went at noontime and we had to wait almost 45 minutes for our lunch really????? There was nobody there!!!!

Food was ok, service was slow and everything came out at once, side salad never came.
