Ruby Tuesday - Reservar una mesa

This is the worst experience I ever had at any restaurant in my life! I ordered shrimp pasta with a garlic stick the garlic stick isn’t in the platter my pasta is cold as ice as if it just came out of the refrigerator. I also ordered loaded tots was given regular tots which are undercooked not to mention the fact that they gave me about 6. In addition I ordered a lemon cake carrot cake I was only given a lemon cake which tastes as if it’s freezer burned like it may have been frozen then thawed out. I’m not sure what went wrong with this online order tonight but i am Beyond disappointed to have spent almost $60 this is what I received! It may be time to close this location or get a whole new crew that actually cares about the company realizes that customers are the reason they have jobs the company stays afloat. Just my thoughts. The overwhelming ambivalence of the staff was reflected in the service and the food. At a booth, yet was served by the bar tender who was not paying attention and got the order wrong. What eventually arrived was a small chicken burger, a few soggy fries and some broccoli. Not a single how is everything visit and a the servings are measured when I commented on the serving size. 3 hotels and this only restaurant within walking distance means you take what is in front of you, but don 't expect much here. McDonalds would have been better.
