Ruby Tuesday - Reserva de mesa

I had a great dining experience a few months ago, with fantastic wait staff and delicious hot food. However, my recent dinner experience was not so great. Despite our attentive waitress, the first thing we noticed in the dining room was that the tables were not clean. We sat by the windows, and the wooden blinds were extremely dirty. Even when our table was wiped down before we sat, it was still sticky, causing our napkins and cutlery to stick to it. Two out of the three meals we ordered were dry and overcooked, as if they had been waiting while the pasta dishes were being prepared. The burger bun was stale and not served properly, making it difficult to eat. Overall, it was not a fantastic...

Did not get very much interaction with waitress. Toward the end of lunch she was bringing the bill instead of asking if everything was good or if we needed anything else. We'll yeah we have an entire kids pizza sitting here so we need a to go container and 1 person at our table had hair in their Alfredo, she never said anything about that but when she brought the change back to us, brought a coupon for a free appetizer that expired in less than 30 days. We left the coupon, it won't get used. They should have taken the Alfredo off the bill, it was barely half gone when hair was found and hair stayed on fork!

Clean, great salad bar, but the ribs, fries, salmon, chicken, and steak we all ordered were not good. It was like mediocre home kitchen food and not what we expected at a place with actual cooks. The chicken was a tiny piece from a bag of frozen boneless skinless breasts, cooked and bottled bbq sauce poured on top. The fries seemed to the frozen from bag type, and not hot or fresh. The salmon was dry and the ribs were dried up with fresh sauce poured on.The server was very nice and attentive. The place was clean including the bathrooms. Just not a great food experience.

Well the last straw was the nasty piece of long hair I pulled out of my mouth making the entire experience awful… but to start the we received our appetizers at the table but no plates.. then the plates came out dirty like totally unwashed plates! The staff was dirty and looked short handed which every place is. Then to top it all off, I couldn’t get a cocktail to go even though it is legal under House Bill 669 in Ohio… I really could have used a drink after the hair or at least dessert but that was not offered! I had dinner at this restaurant and the New Orleans seafood was very good. My companion had the petite fillet, which was cooked perfectly to his liking. However, the broccoli was cold, the potatoes were pasty, and the A1 sauce was refrigerated. His gin and tonic was delicious. My margarita was served in a 12 oz water glass, with little tequila and no salt on the rim. I probably won't be returning anytime soon. The only good thing about the experience was that the waitress was great.

I was there at 7:50 a.m. the door says they close at 10; the server told us 9 no big thing; they should probably change their mark. the food was good. the garden was full of fresh choices. the margaritas could have been better. I have ordered pfirsich and regular. all in all, it was a fair experience, just a few hiccups.

Due to weather we had to change our plans. I called them at 2 to see about birthday dinner reservations for 8 at 6. When we arrived they were set up and ready. Our server was very attentive, the good was good. We had a great night of food and laughter, Thank you for all you did to make the night successful

Service was slow because they wouldn't stop going to tables that had family or friends and talking. No hair nets or gloves. Dished were dirty. Food was half way cooked. The sweet tea was old and bitter. They need to do a complete overhaul and get new everything from food all the way down to management. Reserva una mesa ahora

I love their salad bar! I got 2 cheeseburger sliders to go with the endless salad bar. The seasoning/sauce on the cheeseburgers is delicious! But the start was the salad bar. There's a nice selection and everything was fresh! My server was great too! So happy to find Ruby Tuesday in Ohio!!

The restaurant staff is not knowledgeable about the different cuts of steak. The potatoes had a fishy smell and seemed to be at least a day old. However, the second-star-worthy aspect of the meal was the decent taste of the food.
