Ruchee - Reservar una mesa

We regularly order from here, the last three or four times there has been something missing from the order each and every time!! In fairness though, after calling them they have delivered missing items but it seems to be becoming the norm??? Tonight’s escapade resulted...in the rice not been delivered. I ordered the lamb rogan josh listed as medium I’m not one for exaggerating but it was the blandest curry I’ve ever tasted. It was completely devoid of any spice at all and was swimming in oil! I Contacted them and explained it was pretty much a tomato stew, bland, no spice at all and swimming in oil, to be told..... rogan josh is a tomato stew and doesn’t have any spice, so what did I expect??? I appreciate that mistakes can sometimes happen but the attitude and customer service was absolutely shocking! Well done Ruchee, you won’t be receiving any further custom from me.

We havent been to Ruchee for quite a while, we decided to try it again on Saturday evening and were so glad that we did. The food was lovely, the sheesh kebabs were delicious, i asked for them doing a bit spicier and we loved...them. My garlic chilli chicken balti was spot on as was my husbands newab bangala curry dish. The naan was cooked really well too. We will be returning.

not great customer service when on phone,,,,,delivery good and solical distancing observed, thank you.....food mediocre....chicken paris.......lentils not cooked so meal uneaten as did no want to cause upset to gastro systerm when in isolation. Would not recommend , food passable at best sorry, will not...reorder but thank you for observing lock down but food not too good.

However this may be because there is only one waiter and he also answers the telephone for the take away orders. A busy restaurant but the waiting was an issue and actually the food was only mediocre. The poppadoms were fresh and crispy though and...I always judge a place by the quality of theirs. Good prices though.

We found these guys on just eat. Second time we have used them. The food is delicious! Even my vegan partner loved it. We had a party recently and we asked them to put the names of people on their chosen dishes which I found...fantastic Customer services..
