I write my first and probably only evaluation, as the behavior of the service personnel was really catastrophic. to make it short: we didn't come to eat (so this review doesn't say anything about eating) because the reservation was accepted for the wrong day. this could also be clarified and was a mistake by the restaurant. nevertheless the following reaction of the personal: badly had, there you can't do anything (there were many tables free from it, the weather top). Moreover, the feeling mediated to be annoying (totally the conversation took max. 3-4 min) and that on the birthday of a family member who was invited or wanted to invite; beautiful thanks also! there is no second chance anymo...
very tasty prepared meals. in demand for gluten-free foods was received super on my wish. it was even offered to bake a gluten-free bread from the kitchen (I have not experienced it yet). otherwise we were absolutely satisfied with eating. the ambiente is for my taste something too exaggerated for today's time. the house offers all styles from the last 40 years. Who likes ;-)
the restaurant is located in the souterrain of the hotel pabst and has unanimous ambience.The service was very friendly and dedicated.The food was simply great and has tasted brilliant.We had the menu of the evening from a tomato soup, seeteufelmedallion as well as a variation of fig and a strawberry/chocolatepraline or earthly cheeked with cheekse and the cable.
I know juist from voherigen visit, and was this september for the first time in Rudiger ́s eating. eating has exceeded my expectations regarding quality, taste and price performance. the fish dishes and desserts have absolutely convinced me.

we spent our first night in the rudigers today after a long day of travel. the food and the wine were excellent and the service was very friendly, charming and always attentive. we like to come back.
regional products are implemented to the finest. modern staged dining. a true pleasure. a distinguished wine selection. Very cozy and sellige bar. best trained and friendly staff.

we were too hosted for a small lunch table and were not disappointed. there was a beautiful, fresh tomato soup and a spicy wobbly soup. both delicious.
