All I can say about the new kale crust pizza is that it's absolutely delicious! I highly recommend trying any of their pizzas. The cauliflower pizza comes out hot and crispy. You can also finish your meal with a dessert; they offer an amazing chocolate cake and cheesecake. If you're dining with a group of friends, they have plenty of appetizers to sample as well. And don't forget to try the pasta—it's very filling! There's a butternut squash dish that you'll definitely want to take home as well. The restaurant has a spacious interior, and there's a patio out front for those who prefer to dine outside or want to enjoy a meal with their pets.
I recently ordered from this restaurant being a celiac, I ordered gluten free spaghetti on which they made the wrong order and added the ingredients which I wasn’t supposed to eat, after waiting few hours they promised to deliver the order next day, thenext morning they confirmed me that I’ll receive my order at 11:45 am after waiting few more hour’s they told me that theygot large orders worth thousand dollars so we cannot deliver your $22 order and you will have to wait few more hours untilevening 5. The customer service is messed up the chefs are terrible so people with celiac be very careful while ordering fromthis place.
I always have a great experience at the Midtown location. I honestly order from here 2-3 times a week, and I would probably starve if it weren't for Russo’s New York Pizzeria. In addition to their delicious pizza and Italian cuisine, the customer service has been exceptional. A few weeks ago, I encountered a small mix-up, but they quickly went above and beyond to resolve it within minutes. Thank you for that and for continuing to satisfy my hungry appetite!
Visited here not to long ago and ordered a slice of red velvet cake. It tasted old and I could taste the freezer burn. The employees weren't to friendly. I have visited the one on Kirby multiple times because the cake was fresh and food was great. Butthis location I expect better. If you are going to serve the customers good food and expect us to spend a lot of money I wouldlike my money's worth and not have to complain on anything

I requested extra mushrooms, and as you can see in my pictures, there were only five tiny pieces. I asked for a crunchy crust, but they overdid it and burnt the pizza, giving it a bitter taste. Additionally, be aware that there's no parking available near the restaurant. Picking up my order was a nightmare; I had to drive around the area for 20 minutes before I finally called and pleaded for them to bring the cold pizza outside.
orders on doordash. waits for an hour and a half. gets a call that order is cancelled. lol . if you cant handle an order, tell the customer you can't do it the first ten minutes, not when i am flatlining with a truffle craving.
I had their pizza for the first time today, and it was fantastic! The service was excellent, and the pizza was absolutely delicious. I really appreciated the great service and will definitely return the next time I'm downtown!
Been coming here a while with my co workers. Amanda was amazing. She greeted and sat us and we didnt have to go to register or anything.. Pasta was good and store was clean. Of course we will be back.
