It's a foodie renaissance in Old Town Newhall and the latest addition is Rustic Burger House! My wife, son and I had an earlyish Friday night dinner and were the among the first in the room which filled up fairly quickly after we arrived. We were excitedto have another gastropub burger joint with vegetarian options and that we could sub a Beyond Meat burger for any of theircreative burger options. The burger was served in a delicious brioche bun, but unfortunately, they had run out of the pretzel bun we had wanted to try, which was supposed to be topped with brie, arugula, and a sweet element, possibly fig—it sounded amazing! My gluten-free wife chose to have hers wrapped in lettuce, which turned out to be a whole head of lettuce around her burger. While it might have been a bit excessive in terms of lettuce, it was still quite impressive. Our son also thoroughly enjoyed his simple Beyond Burger.

What a wonderful dining experience! My 11-year-old son and I decided to pop in after checking out the Saugus Speedway Swap Meet. We ordered the Rustic Burger, which was incredibly delicious, and a classic Caesar salad with extra parmesan. They really loaded it up with parmesan, and it was simply divine. Our waitress was attentive and had a lovely smile. After our meal, we took a leisurely walk to the pond area to see the ducks and turtles before heading back home to West L.A. I couldn't have been happier to spend quality time with my son, enjoying meaningful conversations about life.
Rustic Burger is the place to go for a rustic yet gourmet burgers! The menu has a variety of appetizers and shareable fries. We ordered the chili cheese fries and forgot to take a picture. However, my husband ordered the Rustic Chili Burger and said it wasa 9/10! The chili is definitely a hearty chili and the burger was very flavorful and was proper portion of burger to bun. Iordered the Fig?N Brie Burger. It was flavored exactly to what I would have imagined with Brie cheese and a fig sauce/jam on theburger. Definitely would come back!

What an overall great experience to eat here. My 11yr old son and I stopped by after visiting the Saugus Speedway Swapmeet. Service was on point. Food was delicious and cooked as specified. Mojito was spot on. Had to order 2. Mac and cheese was so good. Rich but not to rich creamy but not to creamy. I had the fig and brie burger ?. Excellent choice. Over the top milkshake just that, over the top. Beef quality is superior to most places. Restaurant was clean warm and friendly. Even the chefs checked in with us. Will be back to try other things. The menu has lots of interesting choices
Rustic Burger House is fantastic! The staff were incredibly friendly and the service was outstanding. My fiancé and I enjoyed burgers along with a shared order of fries, and everything was absolutely delicious. I’m already looking forward to coming back and trying something different—I have a feeling every item on the menu is amazing. The cozy atmosphere makes the whole experience even better. I wish I could rate it higher than 5 stars!
This place is AMAZING! Everybody was so friendly and service was excellent! My fiancé and got burgers and shared an order of fries and everything was absolutely delicious! Can?t wait to visit again and try something new! I have a feeling everything onthis menu is going to be delicious! The atmosphere of the restaurant adds to the overall experience as well. Wish I could giveit more than 5 stars.

Stopped by for lunch today, first time there. My burger tasted great and was juicy, but not messy. Which I appreciated. Tater-tots were a nice touch and they offer Jones brand sodas. Looked like a quality beer selections on tap, but I couldn't partake because I had to go back to work.
