I am local and like to eat locally. The Sheraton/Rusty's is a hidden gem. The food was excellent. The salad was fresh and cold. Appetizer was hot. The shrimp bisque has a wonderful flavor and is creamy. Filet cooked perfectly and served with broccolini, mushrooms, and Hasselback potato. Artfully presented. Seafood Tagliatelle is rich and cheesy but not too much to be over the top. Seafood is prepared exactly as it should be. The bread pudding with ice cream and caramel sauce was just the perfect ending. Highly recommend you try this place if you have never been there. The dining room is a nice intimate quiet area Our server Minerva was extremely knowledgeable about every item on the menu whether it was the bar, dinner, or dessert menus. She was on point with her timeliness and our party of 6. She is an asset to this restaurant. The food was not your average menu and each of us had different menu items and all of it was absolutely delicious. Highly recommend this restaurant.
We visited Rusty's Bistro for the first time since our friends were staying at the hotel. We decided to dine there and were all pleased with our meal choices. There were four of us, and we had a great experience. Minerva was our host and server, and she was incredibly friendly and attentive. Thank you for a lovely dining experience!
Everything about our dinner was spectacular, the Hostess, Kyle our waiter was awesome, and the food was delicious and fresh. We were amazed to see Utica greens on the menu as well and they did not disappoint us. If you don’t eat here you are missing out.

I had to send a dish back because the filet was overcooked, and it took a long time for the replacement to arrive, especially considering there were only two tables being served at the time. However, the food was delicious once it was corrected.
Our server, Walter, was outstanding. There were several fantastic options on the menu, though I would have appreciated a bit more variety. Overall, it was a very good dining experience at a reasonable price.
Stay away from this restaurant. The Menu online is great, but once you arrive to the restaurant they only serve about 5% of the menu they have posted online. The food is served uncooked, mostly microwaved.
We had a wonderful meal at Rusty's Bistro. We were seated promptly. Our server Brando was very attentive. Great wine list and our meals were amazing.
