Ruth's Chris Steak House

Overall a great experience! Celebrated my husbands birthday, he loves steak! We had not been in a couple years so it was a nice treat. Our server Julie was very warm and welcoming, she handled a mix up with our cocktails graciously and quickly. We had a wonderful meal and love the table side bananas foster! Such a treat to have table side action stations! All in all a great night and celebration!

Unfortunately the service was terrible. We waited 15-20 minutes for someone to even come to our table to pour water. There was clearly a communication issue with the hostess and our waitress. By the time we spoke to the manager, we were ready to leave. He comped an appetizer and the people next to us bought our drinks. We may give it another shot but I was sorely disappointed.

Our family went to Ruth's Chris Steak House in Odenton for the first time to celebrate a birthday. Everyone totally enjoyed their meal and the service was excellent. It's been awhile since we have been to a Ruth's Chris but we will definitely be coming back. The steak was delicious and tender.

This was the 3rd time to this location. I enjoy the atmosphere and that the service is always impeccable. Julie was our server, and she made my boyfriend feel great for his birthday. We had a wonderful time. I will definitely share my experience each time I go. Reserva una mesa ahora

Once again, I had a very good experience at Ruth Chris Odenton. Our service from Mary was excellent. The food from the Spicy Shrimp appetizer to the Tomahawk Ribeye steak was great. RC delivers a very consistent product.

Took too long to checked us out. We also ordered to go food and it was cold. It seems that management gave our waitress a big table so we did not get the service one should have received, no fault to her.

Drinks from the bar were on point, the food from appetizer to dinner and dessert were delicious. Service was great! We had John as our server and he was nice and very attentive even though he was busy.

Our waiter Benjamin was great. The food was awesome. The only negative comment I have is that I was surprised at the price of a glass of wine (maybe 8 oz at the most) compared to a tall glass of beer. Reserva una mesa ahora

Food was super good the bang bangs shrimps was amazing wasn’t a big fan of the creamy spinach but that was good as well and saved the best for the last the cheese cake was chef kiss

We have been here a few times. The service and food are consistently superior. This most recent visit we had Julia, who was so pleasant and gave great recommendations.
