Ruth's Chris Steak House

Wow! Went to Delmar location a year ago and had the worst experience EVER and the mgr never took any time to resolve issue or ask how to fix issues at his location. Manager Mark from this location came to the rescue and asked me to come to his location to feel the difference and WOW! Night and day! Server Mark was such a godsend as he was raised in Phx near where we own our home and he was just such a gem as a server. Personable and attentive ! Loved every minute of our visit and instead of driving less than 5 minutes, we WILL drive 20 minutes to this location again and again! Thank you to the Mark’s!

Honestly, we marvel every time we visit this location at how wonderful the food service are. Last night we were fortunate to have server EUGENE for our table, and he was BEYOND FABULOUS!!! What an engaging, kind, efficient mind reader he was! This property really knows how to hire great people with outstanding personalities, it makes all the difference. The host team is the only weakness at this location not so welcoming or eloquent, but they're young, and unfortunately that's the norm lately. Steaks, as always, were top notch DELICIOUS: petite filet is quite large, porterhouse for 2 is the best!

We really couldn't complain. Gil was amazing at the bar! He good care of us. Rachel was also awesome and I can't leave off Katelyn, she was awesome as well!! We were there for the presentation off the right of the bar. Again Rachel made sure my sister's food allergy was acknowledged and she deserves recognition. Thanks Rachel!! This was my first time at Ruth's Chris and I enjoyed it. Sorry I forgot pics :

Don’t bother getting the loaded potato. It’s not so loaded after all and am surprised it continues to be on the menu by the executive chefs choice. An amateur move if you ask me. Other than that , service and everything else was to professional standards. Reserva una mesa ahora

I must say that my New York strip was perfectly prepared. The garlic mashed potatoes and cream spinach side dishes were yummy. I attended for a seminar that had a complimentary gourmet meal and Ruth Chris did not disappoint.

Reservation at 6:00. Received a text at 5:58 that the table was ready. Service was outstanding. Food was awesome. Thanks for a very nice dinner.

Rachel was great. My wife and I had a great time. Rachel new her area and made sure we took our picture with the right timing of the sunset.
