Ruth's Chris Steak House - Greensboro

To keep it short and easy, I would best say customer service!! Finally, a restaurant gets it by giving its name to establish rapport and attention to detail in what the customer writes in his reservation. I recommend this facility! I will definitely return. My only criticism would be not to have so many dishes with garlic in them. I don't care that garlic limits my choice. Nice work on Justin, Ian and in front of the house.

The food and service were excellent, as well as the hospitality. However, there was a pear left on the table and the salads were still there when our entrees arrived, which was a bit of an issue. Despite that, the food was delicious and I would definitely return to this restaurant.
