We came in on a Monday night to celebrate my daughters 21st birthday. We were greeted in by the hostess,manager and servers Edwin and Katie. I love to celebrate here since they make the dinning experience above and beyond. From printing a personalized menu for my daughter. To the extra birthday confetti placed on the dinning table just made it more festive. I did request for the private room seats 10 maximum. We felt more intimate. We started off with drinks. I took 3 ladies there for a birthday party. The place is nice, the service was very good, near excellent. The food is average for what they try to be. We had 3 steaks, none were cooked correctly. I have been to this Ruth Chris 3 times and had to send my steak back 2 of those times. I order Medium Rare not Rare. The other 2 were not right but they did not want to wait for their food and were willing to accept it. I had a steak at home the next nite that was more tender, cooked right and had more flavor, even the sides were properly seared. The lobster mac and cheese was tasteless. it is a holiday season dinner with daughter. Food quality and service were always excellent in tasting, tasty and juicy! the salad, the appetizer and the desert fit perfectly to the ribeye steak! the only minor error was the hosting desk still not fully attentive to the guests' wishes. I asked for a larger four tops and they could not provide me and the restaurant was not so busy in the first a few hours they opened.

The restaurant was very busy as we waited 15 passed our reservation time. Once we seated, the service was awesome, from the managers to the wait staff and busboy. Our table was decorated with birthday confetti all over the table. It was such a sweet surprise for us. This is my friend first time ever dined at Ruth’s Chris and it was a great experience for her.

the best food and service I had is at ruth chris. eating is excellent and the service is above the tip. they always treat us as we have royal character and do everything to ensure that we take care of ourselves.

We celebrated our 14th Anniversary and besides the food being delicious as always Edwin our waiter took such great care of us. Thank you for the crème brûlée and bubbly.
