I was very surprised at the good reviews for this place! when we got there it was a cold welcoming, we sat down the plates were dirty which were already on the table. young waitress came over to ask about drinks then we waited to order starters. The starters where below average portion of paneer was very small. we then waited a long while so had to summon the waitress who didn’t clear the table, so we sat after starters looking at our dirty plates. We then ordered our mains; the mains took at least 45 minutes to come, and the place was quiet. after eating the mains, it was bland, and the sauces used looked to be used in all the veggie dishes! We were hoping for a pleasant Indian meal but were disappointed when we entered the empty restaurant. The Manager Owner seemed unwilling to seat us, claiming they were busy even though only two other tables arrived during the hour we were there. The food was just okay, but the highlight was waitress Emily. It's unfortunate, but we will not be recommending or returning to this restaurant. We will instead give our business to someone who appreciates it.
Saabs has excellent reviews so I decided to get my sister and her husband a meal voucher for Christmas. They live in Wigston about a mile from Saabs, I am in Cheltenham. How to get the voucher delivered? The Manager solved this instantly he would deliver the voucher personally to their door, check their names and wish them Happy Christmas. 12/10 for service thank you. Next time I visit Wigston I know where I am dining out Saabs.

This was my first visit to this restaurant, and I was thoroughly impressed. The staff was friendly and the service was exceptional, while the food was incredibly delicious. As a lover of garlic, I must say that the garlic rice and garlic naan were absolutely fantastic. I highly recommend dining in at this place.
Average food , small portions, pleasant initial waitress , rude and unapologetic waitress/owner who addressed the unacceptable wait times. Our experience echoes that in previous reviews about rude service and long wait times in not a hugely busy restaurant. We won't be returning.
I have dined in and ordered takeout from Saabs Grill numerous times. The service is excellent and the food is delicious. I would highly recommend it to anyone who enjoys Indian cuisine. I even travel from Broughton Astley to Wigston just to get takeout from there.
A spare of the moment visit with an school friend, we popped in originally for a take out but seeing they had enough room to cater, we dined in. The service was excellent, the prices were reasonable and most importantly the food was delicious!

The food was delicious, and the pilli pilli chips were just perfect. The Pricing is reasonable; the garlic rice was the best I have ever had, and I loved the masala sauce. The beef was just ideally cooked.
Lovely piping hot food. Cannot fault this restaurant, it’s the third time I have had a take away and each time they have been great.
