I understand that the restaurant is closing, which may explain the limited staff on hand. Our reservation was for 1:00 PM, but we weren't seated until 1:15 PM, making us wait over 20 minutes. Despite the lack of other customers, the phones were ringing without anyone answering, and the host/hostess stand was unattended. We didn't receive any explanation for the delay, just that they were "working on it." Our server didn't offer any drink refills, even when we asked, and we ended up leaving without them. As we were exiting, we were provided with plenty of boxes and bags. Regrettably, they were out of their signature yum yum sauce, which was quite disappointing. Overall, this was a frustrating...
As someone who has spent over 20 years in the restaurant industry, I tend to notice every detail when dining out. I was impressed to see that this restaurant had only three waitstaff, two bussers, and three managers working on a Saturday night. Despite the lean team, they all collaborated seamlessly and did an incredible job! My husband and I truly enjoy dining here, and after witnessing their teamwork tonight, we will definitely return and recommend this place to others. I really hope this review reaches them—I mentioned to one of the managers on our way out that their hard work did not go unnoticed. Fantastic job, everyone!
Probably the worst costmer service I've ever had just went in for a bowl of soup to go and they decided to close takeout a half hour early then I even walked in and they still would do it go to bluefin instead a much better restaurant

This used to be my favorite restaurant until about a year ago due to the poor service and management. I'm not surprised to hear that the Brighton location is closing down.
Had a wonderful experience at this restaurant! The chef was very entertaining, and the food was delicious. The atmosphere was excellent and we had a great time overall.
The food was delicious! We brought our two-year-old along (I know, I know) and my only concern was that the chef seemed to be encouraging her a bit too much.
We always enjoy our dining and drinks here. Been loyal customers for years. Never disappoints abs always a good time.
