The waitress an older woman working march 22 at lunch around 12pm wasnt very pleasant... At one point she made a condescending remark to our chef after we had already explained the situation. Her every reaction seemed to indicate she felt like she was being asked too much or was too bothered when there was really not much for her to do service wise in the first place... Our drinks sat empty for about 7 minutes before she even came to ask about a refresh, and in the end their bathroom was out, she let a gentleman use it briefly though, yet when my gf got something on her shoe from underneath their table we were told we could not use it to simply get water... She eventually got a a wet rag aft...

My boyfriend received not 1, not 2, but 3! Dirty cups. We were nice about it each time we had to say something.after the third cup he just said screw it I don’t want anything to drink. All before our food was even done so he had nothing to drink with his meal. If that would’ve been me I would’ve been in the back hand scrubbing the heck out of a glass to deliver the best customer experience. That makes me think, are all the dishes dirty like that? I wish we would’ve just walked out after the 2nd dirty glass but I myself work in the food industry and understand things happen. At the end, we only received a 5$ discount because “that’s all the boss will let us do” very disappointed with my first...

My first time here didn't know what to expect. It was amazing the guy making the food was funny kept everybody laughing did an amazing job i. I definitely will be coming back here again try something different each time I come. I ordered the steak and shrimp just amazing. I forgot to get a picture of the salad and the soup and that was just amazing also.

We will come here again and again. We had the steak and chicken combination. Would recommend for sure. The service and staff were above and beyond friendly and helpful. The only thing that we can say bad which isn't really bad . The salad had water in the bottom of the bowl which made the dressing diluted. Reserva una mesa ahora

Great experience! Our teppanyaki chef was amazing. Great interaction with the guest and we had a few laughs. The food was as expected, no complaints. Drinks(alcoholic beverages) were good. Quiet enough environment that I could converse with the whole table.

Excellent service and great food. We went before a show at Pine Knob and allowed time to not be rushed. Sat with a lovely family celebrating their 2 yr olds birthday. Outstanding in every way and what we've come to expect from Sagano. ?? thumbs up!

Food is always yummy. I could do without the other distractions. I do not need the chef to entertain me. Please just cook my food. It is soooo loud when he bangs those spatulas on the grill. I do not like the fires either.

Solid place. I almost stopped going after a visit in October for my birthday where the cook and the food was bla, but my daughter asked to go last month and we had a great experience.
