In 2019, I had the best prime rib of my life at this restaurant. I've since visited three times, and the quality has significantly declined. It's possible that with the rising prices of meat over the past few years, they may not be sourcing the same high-quality cuts they used to. It's disappointing to pay $45 for a prime rib that doesn't live up to expectations. I'm not sure if we'll return. I typically order my steak medium rare, but this time it was overcooked. My wife ordered a medium-rare steak as well, and it was just average. As you can see in the picture, there was so much fat on my King Cut prime rib that I couldn't eat at least a third of it. It's really a shame.

My husband and I recently enjoyed one of the best meals we've had in a while, and it wasn't just fast food. The shrimp were absolutely amazing. The salad, though small (which was probably a good thing since we ordered a lot), was delightful. The blue cheese dressing was rich and creamy. My husband had the main dish, which was incredibly delicate and melted in the mouth. I opted for the NY Strip, and it was cooked to perfection. It was the BEST meal ever! HUGE portions and amazing service!! The atmosphere was so joyful yet peaceful! I would HIGHLY recommend Sagebrush Grill! The prices seemed high until I saw the huge amount of food and the amazing quality- fresh and tastes unbelievable!!!
