I was very much looking forward to eating here with all the positive reviews but was very much disappointed. With so many other amazing restaurants down this area of Monrovia this one is a definite SKIP. The service was okay. Our waiters formal work attire was PJ pants, along with other staff. Got a torn paper menu to order from. We went on a Friday afternoon, the place was completely empty. No lunch rush. So I am wondering why our food took so long to come out and come out at completely different times. Two pho and two sandwiches. We got one sandwich. Then 10mins later one soup, and so on. The food was good but the experience was not. The place needs some TLC, very outdated. Won't be back.
A standout gem in Old Town Monrovia, I discovered this charming little restaurant while exploring old film locations. The owner is incredibly friendly, and he along with his staff, prepares fantastic dishes in a cozy setting. You can also order takeout and delivery through most apps. I highly recommend Saigon Avenue!
Their pho was pretty good, but their crispy egg rolls were not. Workers seemed nice, but they weren’t very attentive. And, the restaurant did not seem clean—the table was sticky, sauce bottles were dirty, and flies were a nuisance.
Food was delicious the herbs were so strong but it gave the soup so much flavor I really enjoyed. The thai iced tea was quenched my thirst and kept me cool on this hot day.

The food is incredible and bursting with flavor. Everything is made with high quality ingredients and is very fresh. The staff is friendly and attentive.
Located in Monrovia downtown. A family business. Overall food and service are above average. The chicken on the salad was a bit too salty and chewy.
The beat pho broth in town. This time I got the vegetarian pho and it was so flavorful. I highly recommend this
