I point to the pastry next to it also and casually ask what it was, she kept looking to the right of where I pointed. I patiently say no, its here, just look where my finger is pointing. But she got me an apple pie, instead of apple slice that I asked for. had to patiently explain that no, I didn't want an apple pie, but an apple slice from the discount tray. This is my favorite spot to visit on weekends. I usually get either the Lemongrass Chicken or Crackling Pork Roll, both of which are absolutely delicious. The coffees are also delicious and my favorite is the Toasted Marshmallow Mocha (if you haven't tried it, you should - you won't regret it). The staff is always polite and friendly. It's impressive to see people of all ages able to make Bahn Mi's, and it's great that this bakery is teaching young people these valuable skills. Thank you for always making my experience enjoyable.
This bakery popped up after the construction of the new Bunnings in Gungahlin. Have been here multiple times and they have some of the best Banh Mi rolls in Canberra.Fresh pork crackling with the crispy fresh rolls and the usual ingredients. They also sell a variety of bakery products as well, from cakes to bread rolls. Highly recommend you visit this place if you have a craving for a Banh Mi Roll.
Tried to order two banh mi at 5pm, but the server said the banh mi counter was closed. This was despite all the ingredients being laid out, looking beautiful, and the store being open until 6, and a big sign out the front advertising banh mi. I think the server had decided to clean up early and wanted to get out on time. A shame.

Coffee good but BAKED GOODS ARE AMAZING. one of the VERY few places to get APPLE TURNOVERS no cream.. they have great baked goods and great Banh mi.. ;)
While the pies are fine, the bahn mi are delightful. Highly recommended. Quick, reasonably priced and well worth it.
Have been here many times for the pork crackling banh mi and will keep returning as it's fresh and delicious.
