Saigon Today - Reservar una mesa

Were at their place on 25/03/2017 in the evening.Entrees were good, but main courses were not what was mentioned on their menu list: it was supposed to be dishes served with rice noodles.In reality the noodles were only basic traditional European noodles.After our dinner,when we informed the server,he brought a small plate with real uncooked rice noodles,having a total different aspect (color and surely taste) of the ones served to us! Moreover,Mastercard and Visa credit cards not accepted.On top of that,no VAT recipe was delivered.My guess is because we are only visitors from abroad and not local residents....

Der Service war sehr nett, das Restaurant ist sehr modern eingerichtet, ich hatte allerdings ein eher thailändisches Gericht (obwohl das Restaurant sich selbst als vietnamesisch bezeichnet). Alles okay, albsolut nichts zu meckern.Bewertung müsste allerdings eher "Gut" lauten, "Sehr Gut" ware zu viel, "Befriedigend" ware zu schlecht bewertet.

Ich bin total begeistert von Saigon Today ! Ich bestelle mir immer meine gebratenen Nudeln mit Chicken und Erdnusssauce - ein so einfaches Gericht, das so viel Geschmack dort hat und gut schmeckt ! Auch der Service ist super, genauso was das Ambiente - wird in Zukunft öfter besucht !

Ich besuche den Vietnamesen schon regelmäßig, da ich so sehr begeistert bin.Seit neuestem bieten sie auch Sushi an. Das habe ich auch probiert und es war superlecker :-)Mein persönlicher Favorit unter den Vietnamesen in Braunschweig!

Prices are nice, dishes look nice, beer was tasty. But what happened to the herbs? Missing in both the Pho and the Goi Cuon. Coriander please!
