SURPRISED AT DISREGARD FOR COVID-19 SAFETY AND ATTITUDE FROM STAFF. There was no-one monitoring the return or collection of trolleys/baskets Seeing 2 members of staff wiping trolleys I took this to mean they were doing all but customers regularly took unwiped trolleys No monitoring customer amounts going into store or distancing outside No monitoring of couples/groups going into store Received dreadful customer service from a number of employees i was surprised to see the coin/key system, but never saw these areas cleaned. I was trying to get assistance at this restaurant, but it was quite the experience. I approached a worker and asked for help, but she informed me that everything was in the trolley. I explained that I am disabled and unable to access the bay due to my condition, which is relatively hidden. Unfortunately, she said there was nothing she could do because she had to stay in the loading area. She even called over the security guards for help, but they just shrugged their shoulders. I'm sitting in my car crying now, feeling frustrated that I can’t enjoy a meal where I wanted to go. It looks like I’ll have to find another place to eat. This policy of storing trolleys so far from the entrance poses challenges, particularly for disabled customers, who deserve easier access according to the protections outlined in the 2010 Equality Act. I believe the store should assess how this new policy impacts accessibility. It’s not just a matter for disabled customers; no one wants to walk a long distance for a trolley. Given that a new Asda superstore opened just a quarter-mile away last week, I had expected better management and organization from Sainsbury's. I look forward to hearing their response on this matter.

We have just been to do some essential shopping at Sainsbury’s, in Worksop, our closest Sainsbury’s. Could I please commend the staff at the procedures put in place for social distancing during the COVID 19 outbreak. Just wanted to say thankyou to all staff at Sainsburys for working during this worrying time but also for putting sensible strategies in place to allow people to shop as safely as possible. I attended the NHS worker slot today and was very impressed. Well done everyone and I hope you all stay safe x

I had a fantastic experience with the click and collect service this morning. It was really well organized, and two lovely young staff members handled everything perfectly. The instructions for parking and picking up my order were clear, and the quality of the food from Sainsbury's was excellent.

Shame on Worksop Sainsbury , my son works for a care home Looking after the Elderly in these trying time , made to wait in line by the security guard , putting him more and rise and not be able to do his job when they are needed more at the moment ???? would of thought better of this store ????

fabulous how your only letting 70 instore at once , trolleys wiped when u have enough on and common sense to take wipes , all tills open and protection screens . also heard u have changed some staff hours to accomodate cleaning and shelf stacking too . thank you for all whst your doing Reserva una mesa ahora
