The refurbished cafe has a modern look with a good choice of seating tables and chairs, bucket chairs and sofas, although any noise does echo making conversation difficult when it is busy. The staff were friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the Vegan jacket potato and vegetable chilli, which was brought to our table beautifully presented on a bed of mixed salad. The potato and chilli was hot and tasty, the salad was a good selection of mixed leaves, tomatoes and cucumber. Not a limp cos leaf in sight. We were offered free glasses of tap water too. Excellent value for money. The cafe is upstairs, but easily accessible via the lift, with an accessible toilet nearby. The only negative was that the tables and cutlery weren't as clean as expected. Update I must say that when we visited last week everything was spotless.
we stopped on the way back from yarmouth, eating was good as in the past weeks, but the lad vincent who brought out the eating was amazingly good and so attentive, better than most expensive restaurants to be fair. I only hope he is not a new starter that will arise through the work in retail. vincent her top store, thanks for a good breakfast brilliant.
