Love sushi, but lately Sake has been really horrible with their services. Two weeks ago my boyfriend and I ordered take-out. When I arrived told the host my name and that I have a pick-up order. She kept looking and then asked the young lady who was at the cash register about my order. They informed me that they've given my order to the wrong customer. I was really upset because I had to wait 15 minutes for my order. When my order should've been ready once I arrive for the pick-up. Last week, my boyfriend and I wanted sushi again. My boyfriend and I have been here multiple times and like the food. Most of the sushi rolls and drinks are very tasty. The reason that I took off one star is that the service is always sooooo slow even on days with only a few other customers. One time, we even had waiters argue about who was going to take our table in front of us, and another time a hostess said that she was saving the booths for bigger parties even though we have sat at booths multiple times before with just the two of us. I have worked in a restaurant before, and we would never have been allowed to say that, so I thought it was quite rude.….I will say that the last time that we went, the service had improved, so hopefully,...

I eat here often and service is good most the time. Tonight our server was busy which is completely understandable! Me and my friend sat with empty glasses for almost our entire meal and didn’t get any refills, so I asked for a Togo drink and never in my life have I been charged twice for a drink Togo! I asked and the server she said it was managers policy. If sodas and tea are free refills why do I get charged for a Togo one!

Usually great experience. But tonight, both our warm sake bottles had black floating in bottom. Bartender said it's just something in the machine and poured the last out without offering a shot to compensate. Kinda killed the mood. Still love the place, they just need new sake machine
