Bad experience. Went on bingo night. It was packed. Entered from the North door to find a small line. After waiting 15 min with no staff contact, we went to the bar to see about how to get a table. We were told to go to the West door to get on the list and get a buzzer.We tried to get a bingo board and were told we would have to wait for the girl working that section if we wanted to play.Never found her.We waited another 15 min before we noticed we were standing next to a table set for a group of 15-20 and only had 7 people at the table. Been coming here for years. Used to play Hockey in the vadnais sports center attached to the building. This place used to be so good. Now, they’ve gotten rid of their good burger buns, they’ve changed their fries which used to be second to none. On top of the food going downhill, the manager seems not to care about her customers or the fact that there is a hockey rink attached bc twice now I’ve come here and they haven turned a MN Wild game off for a Packers game when they weren’t even playing the Vikings. We were here for the fish rog and the baked fish. Previous week for Hamburger. We had 4 or 7 in our group. Everything was brought out on time and delicious! You do not take reservations, but it is worth waiting

I love Saks! Such great food and atmosphere. Even a great place to eat now that we have a newborn baby. Emma always makes sure we have a great experience!
