"Ordered takeout and the sushi rolls were excellent. We got the spider maki, house dragon roll, and makimono combo 2. They are a bit pricey but the quality is immaculate. Would definitely order again!"

I try to get more than once in a place before I review but I really enjoyed my dinner that I needed to give it its praise. We do not eat sushi so we were very please of the large menu they have that carry a lot of different options. I had the beef teriyaki and my husband had the chicken. The entrees each came with a side salad and miso soup that was served prior to the entree. The food is fresh, in house made. My husband orders a “watermelon smoothie” but the picture we knew this was not going to be a milk smoothie and more like an iced slush which it was. One the best Sushi restaurants in Waltham. The sushi is SUPER FRESH, the sizes meets expectations, and the staff is wonderful and super nice. They have a wide selection of sushi. They take care of you. I always have the waitress Fen there helping me with my food, she is super generous, super nice, and super friendly. She is my go to person. Their online ordering is also super simple and they give you a discount for to go orders. I go there at least once a week.
Parking is horrible. Dinner was excellent. The magura was so fresh and good that I wish I had gone with an all sushi/sashimi dinner. But I had some excellent fried pork gyoza, and ended with a chicken miso ramen. My ONLY complaint is that the chicken in the ramen was a bit dry. I wish they had a shrimp ramen offering. If I am ever in the area again I will definitely stop back for dinner. There is so much I want to try on their menu.
I LOVE Sakura Restaurant! This is my favorite spot to grab sushi and I always recommend it to others. My go-to meal is the veggie plate which has a few different types of sushi on it. I don't eat meat and so it was great finding high-quality veggie options. The service is great and I am often greeted by friendly staff. I highly recommend!
