I dined here on my birthday, and it was a disappointing experience. My meal was overcooked and excessively salted, which I had to share with strangers at the table. As it was my birthday dinner and I was the one paying, I expected better service. However, the chef seemed indifferent, only engaging with me to make lame jokes. He prioritized serving a guest who was getting a complimentary meal, giving him half of a dish meant for three. This is hands down the best sushi I've ever had! The fish was incredibly fresh and practically melted in my mouth. Even the ginger, which I usually dislike, was surprisingly good! The customer service was outstanding—our waitress on the night shift of April 23, 2023, really went above and beyond not just for me, but for all the customers. While the prices are a bit on the higher side and the portions are smaller than expected, I understand that's the reality with inflation these days. Additionally, the shrimp stir fry we ordered leaned heavily towards vegetables and didn't have as many noodles as I would have liked. From the outside, you wouldn't anticipate such an amazing dining experience. We were celebrating two birthdays with a large group, and the menu offered a wide range of options including noodle bowls, pad thai, fried rice, tempura, and an impressive selection of sushi. There were many specialty rolls, as well as all the classic rolls and regular sushi/sashimi. We ordered the Love Boat sushi platter, and every piece was delicious. Other dishes, like the pad thai, were also excellent. The service was friendly and perfectly paced. They even managed to find a birthday candle in the kitchen to place in the mochi for dessert. Love this place. We ordered the Sashimi appetizer and the Mayflower, Sunflower, Lemonade and Out of Control rolls. Delicious. If you like spicy, the Mayflower and Out of Control rolls were ??. Tasty Hibachi with excellent service! I am gluten free and the servers were very knowledgeable on making my meal gluten free (using a gluten free soy sauce). We will definitely be back, a hidden gem in Audubon!Dietary restrictions: The staff was very knowledgeable about making dishes gluten free

The sushi was amazing! They offer a very nice variety of rolls to chose from and the quality of the sushi was superb! The staff was very professional and friendly. I was also given multiple coupon offers along with my purchase. Will be eating here again!

Not bad. Your typical small cute Japanese restaurant joint. Pricing was decent less then 50 bucks for two meals and two different sushi rolls. Service was good, we went for a late lunch so it was nice and quiet. I'll go back.
