First, I want to say that Justin provided exceptional customer service and was very polite. Second, I was surprised to see that there wasn't a long line when i arrived at this restaurant when compared to the other neighboring restaurants. One would think that with all thats going on with this pandemic, people should be eating healthy. Nevertheless, I will continue to make purchases at Saladworks and will recommend this franchise to my friends and family. Please keep this store open and I like how the staff kept the area very clean and the food was very fresh.
I personally really like Saladworks. The one closest to my house closed down, so it was great to find this one while I was shopping at Bridgewater mall. I got a Thai Chicken Salad, The staff was nice, and moved very very quickly. The chicken was nicely tender and the veggies tasted very fresh. I wasn't crazy about the peppers added to the salad but that's just me. The portions are very huge as well, so be sure to come hungry. Overall, I really liked this place, and I will be back!
Went to grab something quick for lunch today. The salad was wilted, seemed a day or two old. The brussels sprouts were so small and i know they aren 't in season, but maybe just don 't offer them then? They tasted like acetone, best thing i could compare it to. the broccoli is supposed to be cooked, it wasn 't hard with a hint of brown like they may have tossed it in a pan for a second. To top it all off, I felt sick within the first few bites. oh well.
Rediculous that I have to pay for a straw for a drink I bought from them! No other establishment in the mall asks a paying customer to pay for a straw. And 50 cents at that! The law is that consumers have to ask for a straw. Not pay for a straw.

I wish I could give this place a minus star. Ordered a regular salad, all veggies, no meat, no fancy stuff plus a small soup. They charged $30! The salad was not even fresh!!! This place should be shut down!!!
Absolutely terrible experience. The Brussels sprouts were undercooked, the chicken had no flavor, and the dressing tasted strange. To top it off, they now expect you to tip for a salad?
Easily one of the best salads I've ever had Everything was super fresh and delicious I'm not generally a salad person, but I was craving one today and I'm so glad I ordered one
This place is the best!! Theirs salads (especially chicken ceaser literally tastes like heaven, service is great. I’ve never been let down by Salad Works.

I’m not sure why this place has received low reviews. Every time I've visited, the customer service has been excellent.
I can only describe my experience as food poisoning. I will not be ordering from this place again.
