I visited this location for the first time today and although the salad was decent, the customer service was terrible. The menu is taped to the wall so if I had any questions I was referred back to the menu. When I asked what kind of dressing they had I was directed to read the casing where the salad is prepared. When I asked what was in the Greek dressing or what was in another dressing one of the workers told me they can’t explain it but if I eat salad I should know what I like. I would never go back to this location. I ordered the "you pick 2" option, which costs around $13, a price I was willing to pay. However, I was disappointed to find that they barely filled the salad section of the bowl. I only realized this once I got home, as it looked fine while the woman was preparing it in the store. I asked for beets on my salad and noticed there were only a few pieces left. I mentioned that I would take more if they had any, but I was completely ignored. Instead, she gave me just the four tiny pieces that remained and counted that as one of my toppings. The atmosphere feels off, and it seems like the owner is trying to be overly cheap and stingy. Not impressed at all!
I frequently visit Salad Works in Garwood for their fresh and healthy ingredients. I highly recommend it for a great dining experience. My only suggestion is that I have spent a significant amount of money there with my son and would appreciate a frequent diner reward program. I have not seen one available yet. picked up an avocado cobb salat with huh. place was clean, server friendly. for 14 the salad is large, tasty and honest the most beautiful dish I had ever seen. looks like ceramic. But, I have capitalized avocado, because in an avocado cobb salat should give it much more than literally 2 cubes avocado. very disappointed. you do not get back

What happened? Did COVID reduce the portions? This is why business closes for cheating on the customers! And the guy have the audacity to ask to clean our own table isn’t a restaurant and they get paid for work in there?
The salad is fantastic, but the customer service is disappointing and really puts a damper on your experience. Additionally, the extra charges for add-ons are overpriced.
very nice, quick service and eating is decent. the price is extremely high. 45 for two salads and a panini does not seem right. please is very empty, which makes me agree
They adjusted the prices and altered the order. They took her order, served the food, and then presented an exorbitant bill. I won't be returning.

The portions are so paltry, you could never get full off these salads. It's just NOT worth the !!!
