Saladworks - Reservar una mesa

This is my first ever having to make a negative review. A few months ago the staff was nice, pleasant and had excellent customer service. Today I got my normal salad I always get and it had a piece of ham in it luckily I didn’t get sick. Staff had an attitude the whole time I don’t know if it’s be they were about to close in an hour or what but the customer service was horrible and that’s coming from someone who works in customer service. They need better staff and to be more clean there’s no way y’all salad bar should look the way it do. Not everybody eats pork but it’s damn near pouring over into other protein choices. DO BETTER!!!!!!

They close at 8.. more like 7:30 they will rudely tell the customers they can’t make anymore salads with 30 minutes till close? I’ve eaten here before and it wasn’t great either but now I feel compelled to write this review stay away bad food bad rude serviceFood: 1/5

First time eating here, trying to go healthy and there is a Popeyes right beside it, my heart was screaming chicken sandwich but my head won and I had a Chipotle salad. Very nice portion, tasted very good.Food: 5/5

Omg Nasir was so so helpful I enjoyed my entire salad except I forgot to get boiled eggs and please don't get me started on the bread so soft I'm addicted the best of the best in carbs ?Food: 5/5

so disgusting, a dead bug a piece of hair in my salad ? idk why they aren’t wearing hair nets or cleaning there products but this wild…. won’t come here ever again ?
