This is an excellent place for Somali cuisine! Although it may seem like a small, tucked-away spot, the food is outstanding. I visited twice during my time in Seattle and was truly impressed by the fantastic customer service. I highly recommend sampling the rice—it’s cooked in goat broth instead of water, which makes it uniquely delicious! The lamb shank was also quite flavorful; while it could have been a bit more tender, I still found it enjoyable. They even have a family room for guests who appreciate some privacy. Overall, the rice was definitely the standout dish on the menu, and the sambosas filled with ground beef were impressive as well! It was a thoroughly delightful experience.
