I am giving this place a 2 star overall because of the customer service and the lying.To begin, the atmosphere, location and food selection was amazing.My complaint is that I ordered extra protein and side items to pay for to go into my wrap. When the woman was putting the food into my wrap, I noticed that she didn't put it all in there and tried to quickly throw the food under the counter. I asked her did she put everything into the wrap or was there left over. She said everything went into the wrap intentionally lying to me.She then proceeded to charge me for the extra items I ordered even though I didn't get all my food.I am in disbelief that she would 1. July 21,2023 : today my husband and I experienced such rude serviceAT OUR FAVORITE PLACE from a lady whom I didn’t get her name but was the only older Hispanic lady working that day wearing glasses and a hat. She was so rude it ruined my appetite. She also had two of her employees (who were so very nice , a young man and a young female with glasses props to them) cleaning while she just stood there on her phone. Shoutout to those hard working kids but no shoutout to her.

If you're a salad lover, then this is the perfect spot for you. You can customize your salad with a variety of delicious options. They even have separate utensils in each topping container for those who are gluten free, ensuring no cross contamination. I thoroughly enjoyed my salad and the staff was exceptionally friendly. They also offer gluten free options for those with dietary restrictions.

The dining experience was good until I discovered a hair in my salad, and the restaurant refused to address the issue. It is essential for restaurants to enforce the use of hair nets. The salads at this restaurant are fantastic. If you're looking for a variety of salads, this is the place to go. They also have a good selection of teas and a few bottled drinks. If you enjoy fizzy, name-brand beverages with lots of sugar, you won't find them here. Overall, I highly recommend trying their delicious salads.

I ordered online and my food was prepared ahead of schedule. Also I forgot to select a dressing, so I went back and the server readily provided me with the dressing I requested. As always, the food was delicious!!Parking: Parking is limited. There may have been 6 spots. Parking is free after 6 pm

THE WORST SALATA IN DFW MANAGEMENT IS EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL!This by far has to be the worst location of salata that I have been to! Do not come here the chicken is undercooked the manager is rude and the employees are clueless in customer service skills. I wish there was an option for 0 stars
