This is one of the best Salem’s locations I've visited. The service was excellent, and the food was tasty. I really appreciate the variety of menu options and the great value for the price. Overall, the place is tidy, but I did notice that some tables were dirty. It's crucial for a restaurant to maintain a clean appearance, as it ensures that customers can enjoy their meals on sanitized tables. This is just a gentle reminder to pay attention to cleanliness in the dining area, as it can impact the overall experience. I'm particularly attentive to this aspect of service, as it can elevate a good restaurant to a great one. With that said, I look forward to my next visit!
She instructed me to drive around and wait, which I found quite absurd, but I went along with it anyway. Before I could even put my car in gear, she shouted at me to move or she'd call the police. I was taken aback; all I needed was a moment to adjust my vehicle. I'm not sure if she was having a rough day, but it was surprising to see a manager manage the situation so poorly. On a positive note, a younger gentleman working there was very professional and offered an apology for her behavior.

This location is among the few that consistently serves fried foods cooked to perfection, never soggy. My favorite items on the menu are the jalapeño poppers, and the gyro and Philly cheesesteak are absolutely amazing. The salads are fantastic as well!

I eat here three or four nights a week since I work overnight, and it's amazing! The staff is excellent, and the food is consistently fresh and delicious.
I went through the drive-thru and wasn't informed about the extra shrimp, but they were delicious! Overall, I would rate the food a perfect 5 out of 5.
