I visited Salem's yesterday to park my truck with a trailer. While I was there, a supervisor and one of the workers approached me aggressively, as if they wanted to confront me. I called headquarters to report the incident, but they did nothing to address my concerns—they seemed completely unconcerned. This kind of behavior could put customers at risk, especially if someone gets attacked by a supervisor or staff member. I've tried to resolve this issue directly with them, but they haven't returned my calls. When I called back, a woman told me, "I don't care; do what you have to do." At this point, I feel I need to hire a lawyer to handle this situation because I couldn't get a fair response...
Freshly made food that was hot and cooked to perfection and to order. Extremely friendly customer service that went above and beyond which is rare especially in these times. A special shout-out to James for going the extra mile and making sure our mealswhere exactly as desired!
The meat disfrom chicken wing wear are they getting them from and the state shouldn't lete they sell meat. Dis from!!!! And the meat is not right temperature. Next time am going to put it up for every one wear are they getting they meat from gov.state
I have never received a correct order from this place, whether going through the drive-thru or dining in. When they make a mistake, they make you feel like it’s your fault. I highly recommend visiting other locations instead. This one is just a joke!

Thank you to the Salem’s at 1605 18th Ave S. Uber Eats didn’t deliver half of our food and so we called Salem’s they were gracious enough to give us our missing food. The night manager was a very polite man very professional as well as the staff.

I’ve visited this restaurant for lunch on two occasions. During my first visit, there was a mix-up with my order, but that’s understandable. This most recent time, however, everything went smoothly, and the customer service was excellent!
I eat here alot. I actually love the fried chicken gizzard. I haven't found any other restaurant to make them to perfection like Salem's does. It does take time to receive your food so be prepared, everything is made to order.
