The managers at this restaurant are not only incompetent but also rude. I repeatedly informed them that I had placed my order through their website, but they insistently told me to talk to Doorstep about it. I had no involvement with that delivery service. When I requested to cancel my order since I had chosen delivery but the website processed it as a pickup, they accused me of being rude for calling their site unhelpful, which it truly is. Save yourself the trouble and don't bother with this place. The managers gossip about customers, ignore their concerns, and treat you like you're foolish for asking for assistance.
Today, I found myself in the area for a training session that I was dreading. However, the best part of my day was the 30-minute lunch break we were given. I rushed over to your restaurant and ordered the fried shrimp lunch. Even though there were six cars in the drive-through, I chose to go inside, and I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly and perfectly my lunch was prepared! Whenever I'm near one of your locations, I always make it a point to stop by. Unfortunately, there isn’t one close to the stadium I often visit, but I hope that will change soon!
I ordered two sandwiches but received two combo meals instead, which I hadn't requested. They included drinks that I assumed were complimentary, but it turned out they weren't, as indicated on the receipt. I specifically asked for two unsweetened iced teas due to my diabetes, but I received sweetened iced teas instead. When I tried to speak to the manager over the phone, I was met with rudeness, and the manager was never available when I called.
As a truck driver who made a delivery nearby, I decided to try this place after reading the reviews. I’m a big fan of gyros, and I was truly impressed by how well the restaurant is managed, the friendliness of the staff, and the quality of the food. While I likely won’t return, it's only because I probably won’t be in the area again.

The fish and okra were excellent, and we had the option to dine in or take out. We chose to eat inside. The staff was incredibly friendly, and the interior was very clean. As a first-time visitor to Florida, I was impressed by the long line of cars patiently waiting at the drive-thru window.
You can't go wrong with this place! They stay open late, and the food was fresh. I also appreciated that they had security on-site. I was visiting from out of town, and I felt safe there. Plus, my meal was made to order!
I visited the drive-thru tonight and was impressed by how fresh and delicious my food was. They really did a great job, especially considering we ordered quite a bit. Everything turned out fantastic. Food: 5/5.
I’m not sure who the white woman is working behind the counter, but she is yelling at the kitchen staff. This behavior is uncalled for, unprofessional, and unnecessary. I won’t be returning to this restaurant.

I had said I wouldn’t give it another chance, but my family wanted the fish chimps. The location on 50th Street did not disappoint. The food was excellent and the line moved quickly. Well done!
The staff were friendly, and the food was fantastic. The portion sizes were generous as well. The fish and shrimp were perfectly cooked.
