a couple of years ago we visited salernos and I had one of the best pizza I ever had. beautiful and tasteful teig with qualitative coating. a few days ago we decided to order a pizza again, as our favorite pizza restaurant was closed. total. we ordered 3 pizzas for the retreat. This is my local Italian eatery. I really like the food but at almost every visit, something goes wrong. Wrong appetizer ordered by the waitress (we ate it 'cause we were hungry), wrong orders brought by the wrong waitress (again, we ate them because we were hungry). We even tried their on line ordering for take out but that didn 't work you have to call, you can 't order on line even though it looks like you can. With all the said, we still endure because we like the food, its close by and the staff is super friendly and nice. If you have time to wait and possibly deal with a mess up, its worth it.
I USE THIS RESTAURANT MAINLY AS A TAKE-AWAY but it it famous for its delicious food and you will NEVER be disappointed ... each time the meals are delicious and the service brilliant!!! GREAT PLACE TO INDULGE GOOD FOOD :
the pizzas are not delicious. not the teig, nor the topping. the service is unfriendly and draw. outside sitting on the street, loud and dirty. inside it is full, loud and stinking. never again.

Ordered 3 pizzas which were supposed to be delivered within 45 minutes. Took double the time and in addition delivered the wrong pizza and not warm even though we were only 5 minutes away.

Ordered two pizzas which came cold after 1h and 50min. of waiting. No accommodation from the restaurant even after asking them. There response was, this can happen.
After a week of Austrain food coupled with the hassle of being a coeliac it was nice to get to a proper Italian resturant and have a bowl of gluten free pasta.

totally disappointing. far from being an inspired Italian restaurant. the pizza is one of the worse I have ever eaten, the teig is not even prepared manually.
