Saline Ceviche Bar

Popped in for a late night dinner at Saline. Had the Tahitienne which was a white fish in a spicy, tangy, light coconut sauce, and an Asian salmon which was more like a poke. Both were equally delicious - highly recommend sharing and swapping. Also note they are BIG bowls of yummy fish, and you can either pick a mashed sweet potato or a light coconut white rice. Fish was so fresh and sweet, dishes were inventive, and we were served quickly. Highly recommend and am contemplating another visit!

I tried this restaurant twice in May 2017. The first time I had a lunch special, which when it arrived, was not what I was expecting compared to the description on the menu. It was very salty. The second time, we had a ceviche, in the evening. Again, I found the dish oversalted. The fish wasn't very tender, which is a shame, as we are right next to the sea here. Nice idea, but in my opinion, poorly executed.

I highly recommend this place. Well located and beautiful restaurant with an open kitchen. A friendly and calm, professional staff who even made us laugh. Great ceviches with different fish and seasonings. Great desserts and cocktails!

Great spot for a fresh tuna poke bowl with avocado and coconut flavoured rice washed down with a glass of white wine...good service by friendly owners that make you feel welcome....Thanks, defo recommend...

Hand the tuna dish, was amazing, with my french not being the best the waitress was very helpful explaining what each dish was. Would recomend
