Salt Smoke - Reservar una mesa

through st. louis on the way to east we wanted to grab a fast st. louis bbq after we tried kc bbq the day before. salt and smoke were not far from the autobahn. we did not expect the beautiful st. charles main street or the beautiful location in this historic building. I wish we could stay there and eat, but we were in a hurry. we enjoyed running the main tow short while eating was prepared for taking. I had an amazing salad with brisket. packed separately I ate my brisket with the hot tanky sauce and had my salad a little later. brisket was a little dry, but the hot tangy sauce was amazing. the salat was fantastic. my man hates salat and loved the bite he had from me. my man had a brisket with the mac and cheese and mais. we were not woven by the other sauces. he was blown away from the mac and I quote “best mac and bee I ever had”.

I was recommended this place by a friend while I visited from the city. I rarely have BBQ spots because I am pescatarian and they almost never have seafood options. salt and smoke have not disappointed with their smoked salmon. I got the smoked salmon sandwich with mac and I'm gonna be fine. I also added a small calal salate with smoked salmon. the parts are large. it was a crazy worth for them. the service was also phenomenal. I am on the way to the airport with very little time to the place. in less than 30 minutes I sat, served, had a cocktail, ate something eating and took the rest to go. my server kayleigh was amazing. it was high time when I dictated here, but she had a great feeling of urgency and was super attentive. highly recommended.

I've been trying this place for some time, but he's always so busy and usually has a line. it was a cool autumn Saturday night when my wife and I decided to take the dive and put our names on the list. Surprisingly, five minutes later I got a text that says our table was ready. it was close to a cozy fire pit, our drinks came fast and our food was not too far behind. the personal was friendly and attentive. the food was good and the atmosphere complemented the evening really well. I had a lazy brisket and my wife had rib tips and deviled eggs. we look forward to going back.

very pleasant culinary experience on the terrace, with wonderful warm fires. eating outside in December felt amazing! the food was delicious, pork was tender and damp, the sides were tasteful, nice choice of the various grill sauces. we love sweet barbeque sauces. my son really enjoyed his pulled pork sandwich. we enjoyed a family dinner after seeing the Christmas traditions of st. charles, the parade on the old main road. we have set ourselves fast, but the terrace has quickly filled up and soon a series of people were waiting to sit.

Great cocktails, and even better BBQ. The brisket, pulled pork and bologna were all cooked perfectly. The crack Mac n cheese side is a MUST!. Highly recommend this place! (Yes, kid friendly too!
