A real hidden gem along Greenville Ave between Plano and Allen, TX. It’s in a previous gas station all by itself. A wonderful delight for your palate. This is a family run place and I highly recommend the Prime Rib Pho Noodle Soup. I requested half spicy and half regular broth as suggested by the owner at the register. This was lip smacking good! I have also tried the Vermicelli Noodle Salad with Pork. Yum Yum for my tum tum!!! If you are a sandwich person the Banh Mi grilled pork sandwich is a definite must try and was the first item I tried there.
