I regret to inform potential patrons of Lox of Bagels that my recent visit was deeply disappointing and far below the standards one would expect from any establishment serving food. Firstly, the condition of the premises was appalling. The tables were sticky and unclean, creating an unwelcoming and unsanitary dining environment. This was compounded by the overall dirtiness of the place, which suggests a lack of proper management and care for cleanliness. The food itself was equally unsatisfactory. I hate to say it but this experience was terrible. The bagels were very stale and the female worker was very stingy with the cream cheese for a $6 sandwich. The employees were also very disrespectful and did not pay attention to me. They were all on their phones the entire time. Avoid this place!!!!

Went here for breakfast, and Britney basically called me a dumb B!! because she got my order wrong. Bagels were disappointing; they were hard and there was a thin layer of cream cheese, almost as disappointing as Britneys haircut. Not coming back.

I went there with my son and one of their employees, Britney, has the biggest attitude. As if she's the only person in the world with problems. Anyways, I saw her spit in my food while she was yapping away at her coworkers, I just left.

Employees just turn around on their phone once you’re ready to order no one’s aware. Absolutely horrible management. Went there for a cream cheese bagel, cream cheese was moldy. Horrible excuse for bagels, very undercooked.
