I sat and waited for 2 hours after placing my order on Deliveroo without any development on the tracker. The restaurant was unreachable. We were really hungry too. Ordinarily I would not leave such a review but this was a terrible experience and we won’t be ordering from this branch again. It’s a shame because anyone unfamiliar with the Sambuca chain might think they are all like this, and that simply isn’t the case. Other businesses lose custom when you tarnish the Sambuca name. Do better.
