Samurai Teppanyaki House

This authentic Japanese restaurant is one you shouldn't miss! The food was amazing - I had the Sea Set and my wife had the Veggie Set. The meal was extremely fulfilling and the service was great. This was the first time we had been here and we were not disappointed. It was a very busy place with not a huge amount of room but they are moving to bigger premises in a few months. Diners can opt to sit around the grill. The staff were very accommodating and answered our questions in detail.

Just finished having a meal at samurai with five family members. A few entrees consisting of prawn tempura ( excellent) karage chicken ( ok) fresh oysters (excellent).For the mains I ordered some seafood and meat dishes to share and a veg fried rice. Very fresh, tasty and entertaining. In regards to space small, intimate and a bit squishy but it's being addressed by moving to a larger premise. Recommend a visit. I'll return soon.

One of the smallest Teppanyaki Restaurants I've frequented. Very intimate with just the two of us there after the previous clients had left. We shared our plates one fish the other beef, found the portions on the small size, but compatible with the price, compared with the Shiki. We will go back hopefully before they move to Hyde Park

A very small Teppanyaki restaurant on Norwood Parade. We have dined there 3 times now, it's not cheap but the quality of the food is excellent.Bookings are a must and if you don't want to for someone else to vacate the table then book the early sitting.
