This restaurant amazing! My husband and I went with no reservation, and despite it being quite full, they got us a seat right away. Really allergy friendly, I am allergic to dairy, eggs and peanuts, and one of the first things they asked us was if we had any allergies. Super accommodating. The atmosphere is awesome, after a long day in the hot sun the dark cool environment is welcome. And the service was quick, and super friendly. I lived in Mexico for 4 years and the tacos are very authentic, best corn tortillas I have had in years! Dietary restrictions: Ordering the tacos without queso and crema worked wonderfully, my husband who is not dairy free didn’t miss it.
Awful. We're mexican and the food is the most inauthentic mexican food we've eaten, it might fit the gringo palate but we were very disappointed. Sopa Azteca was salty, the enchiladas were the worst we've ever eaten, the Ensalda Cesar was passable because we ordered it with no cheese, and who puts cheese on platanos fritos??? Ambience was nice and our waiter Francisco did his best but we were severely disappointed with this place especially after hearing so many influencers praise the food in the México Pavilion.
Small plates, high prices. I know it 's Disney but come on, be reasonable. For those portion sizes I shouldn 't have to pay over 300. Our waiter Eugenio , Sergio, something like that, he was very rude to us and not kind at all. Gave us you don 't belong here vibes. Gave us an attitude when we were ready to pay and when we were ordering . Hated the experience, we would have been better off buying from an outside vendor. Overall a bad experience at this restaurant at Disney.
First I need to give major props to the front desk people. I didn't catch their names but they helped us when we weren't sure if we'd make it to our reservation. We did. And we made our virtual queue with their help and guidance. Huge shout out to Ulisses our waiter. He did a great job explaining portion sizes and even gave us a treat for our anniversary. I'll post pics but we shared the oso bucco, it was filling for 2 people for sure.

Good food but over priced for what you get. Taste wasn’t amazing but not a shock for Disney. No free chips and Salsa which is crazy for a Mexican restaurant. The best part of the lunch was the atmosphere, very cool setup with the river and scenery. I would recommend going if haven’t been but probably not a go back place. Rey (the Lion of Ponce) provided amazing friendly professional service. Food was good. Margaritas well made (get The Wild One). Cool calming ambiance inside the pyramid. Get the Guacamole Queso Fundido with Chicharrón (crispy pork rinds). Always a winner. Thanks Rey!!
Great food. I got the enchiladas and plantains, while my son got the fish tacos and brownies. We shared the chips and queso. The service was excellent, as well as the ambiance. The brownie was 4 stars… but keeping 5 stars for the overall experience.
Can’t go wrong with Mexico. The service and food are both good but it’s more the atmosphere that makes it such a good place to dine. The avocado margarita is ok but overrated personally.
