San Jose Mexican And Grill

I 've been to the other San Jose Taqueria and I liked it, so I was curious to try this new location. They took over the space that had once been a Red Lobster and then another restaurant after that, so the place is huge. I was looking for a combination of different things, but all their combinations were for things that were basically the same 1 or 2 tacos and a burrito, or a taco and a quesadilla, etc. I wanted two or three things that were a bit different. Oops. They blew it. Made the wrong burrito. Didn't realize it right away, ate half and really not feeling it. They forgot the guacamole and sour cream. I'm ok with mistakes, they happen. It's how they're resolved that counts. Waiter said he'd adjust the bill but when I got it there was no adjustment, same as on the menu. He then told me the price went up but wasn't on the menu yet. Needless to say, we will not be returning. Not the way to run a restaurant.

My wife and I really enjoyed our experience here. The food was very authentic. I had the tacos Al pastor and it was juicy and flavorful. There was a great deal in Margs when we went: 4.99 for a goblet! Table wasn't the cleanest when we got there but besides that the service and food weee great! We will definitely be back!

Terrible service , she have time to talk with anyone but us; Her costumers. Don't waste your time. Nobody care about you I there . Watch out for the prices it's say something in the menu. And they charge different amount in the check. Reserva una mesa ahora

Make sure to check your bill. They charged us more than what is shown on the menu and they made us wait 20 minutes to get it adjusted. The restaurant wasn't busy so it's just a scam. They operate under the name La Fonda on grub hub.

The wait for our table was 5-10 minutes. Great right? Well the wait for our drinks and food was well over an hour. Maybe just an unlucky night but regardless.

Best Mexican meal I've ever had. Food is fresh, unique and delicious. Service was friendly in a festively decorated restaurant. We will be back soon.

I had the carne asada, it was excellent. We were seated quickly and the food came fast as well. Would definitely eat here again

First time here!! Drinks were amazing and I had the Mexican taco meal!! Omg!!! Amazing!!!
