Didn't like it the first time but tried it again after my friend raved about his order. Glad I did! I'd say they redeemed themselves. The medium spice is not that spicy and I coul definitely kick it up if in the mood. Make sure to dip the spicy cucumbers in the sauce. I ate the top of the pile above the sauce and it wasn't as good until I dipped it. Boiled dumplings were more of a vinegar based sauce than spice. Beef stew had really tender beef, and the biang biang didn't stick together like last time!

First time trying Noodleosophy. I'm pretty picky about food and this food was DELICIOUS! Separate packaging of meal components insured food stayed fresh, hot, and easy to mix for the complete experience. We had Curry Chicken (amazing! , I'm Vegetarian (so yummy! and some boiled dumplings (a new must have! Will definitely order again.

Had the Curry Chicken with the Biang biang noodles. It was amazing. The noodles were the star of the show for me, chicken was great as well. The broth is crazy flavorful. Boiled dumplings were perfectly cooked. My only complaint is having no idea what the options for lucky, angry, sad,etc mean lol but hey the food was phenomenal.

I expected more out of the sizzling garlic. I guess I wasn't very fond of the oil. I guess the taste isn't to my liking. My bf has yet to try the stew. The only I really like is the shrimp and the dumpling. It has nothing to do with the food- I'm just not fond of it.
