Very poor customer service!! After many phone calls, emails and texts I was starting get annoyed no one was getting back to me. I was after a table booking for my parents as a Christmas present, I FINALLY managed to book a table online but had no idea if a table had actually been booked or not (strange booking request system) The table eventually was confirmed a few days later however when my parents were on the way to their dinner they received a message saying sorry but the restaurant was now closed?! This was 20 minutes prior to their booking. I appreciate things can happen out of control and they had to shut the restaurant last minute for whatever reason...but the whole experience has be...
Visited here for an Xmas meet up with friends. We were immediately disappointed with the ambience of the venue and it was also very cold so not a good start. We were unaware of the price until we got there £32 for 3 courses which we felt was rather pricey. However we thought we would wait to see whether the food was worth such a high cost! Overall the food was very tasty, well presented and good quality. But the portions were REALLY small and I'm afraid we all went home feeling slightly hungry. There is definitely potential here but quite a few issues need to be addressed before I would recommend or return here which is rather a shame for veganism.
We were really excited to find out about a new vegan restaurant close to us. We booked on the pre opening tasting menu in April 2019 and arrived promptly. It was over £30 a head and the food was not very good. Tiny portions and underwhelming. The tofu laksa had the tiniest pieces of tofu and they were so over cooked they were like dried peas. Starter underwhelming. Dessert was a tiny scoop of ice cream. I'd tasted better from a Ben and Jerry's tub. What a rip off. Hope its improved but I won't be booking again.
We went last night and had a wonderful meal. The service is fantastic and they regularly checked we were happy. We really enjoyed our food and as it was my birthday they gave a plant and bar of chocolate. I also love how eco they are, they use reusable napkins instead of the paper disposal ones and no straws. What they are offering is a 3 course set menu that is creative, Leicester needs an adults vegan dining venue and they provide it. Definitely come here if you get the chance

A warm welcome when we arrived. The menu looked enticing and the food did not disappoint. Interesting mix of flavours and textures in the dishes and beautifully presented. We all especially enjoyed the desert with contrasts of sweet and spicy and smooth and spicily crunchy. Service relaxed, friendly and attentive. A great place for my son's birthday. We highly recommend this restaurant for a relaxed evening with gourmet vegan food.
My friends took me to this restaurant in my hometown! The atmosphere is cozy and rustic, with a unique charm. The young and friendly staff were very polite. The set meal was delicious and innovative. I would definitely visit again and have already recommended it to my friends. The prices are reasonable for the high quality and creatively presented food.
My partner and I recently dined at Sanctua and had a fantastic experience! The food was delicious, with each dish being exceptional and reasonably priced. The staff were also very friendly. My partner, who typically isn't a fan of vegetarian/vegan cuisine, even remarked that it was one of the best restaurants he's ever been to.
Emailed the restaurant for a booking and had a reply which stated to wait for confirmation and if no confirmation received then to phone. Phoned three times, left message but no reply. Emailed them but again no reply. Booking is the first point at which one experiences customer service!
