The hotel is just wonderfully build. It is really a dream castle. The location, very good. The friendly staffs from the reception, bar and restaurant staffs. Amazing! Quick check-inand check-out very polite lady at the reception. Very beautiful hotel garden. The lobby is very nicely themed decorated. Just wow upon entering! Easy access to Disneyland. Adequate food for breakfast , lots of options for our taste. Some of my povs minus points are: The rooms are basic. Does not corresponds with the lobby and entree. The shower and bathroom is ok fit for 3 stars hotels. The toilet flush did not work properly. The swimming pool is very small. The outside pool was not open when we were there. Too ba...
When writing this review I was between three and four stars I put three because while the overall experience was excellent because it is combined with the visit to Disneyland, if you put the hotel alone it has many shortcomings for the price you pay, among the shortcomings first and foremost how the pool is from cold to freezing while it is supposed to be heated, also to get to the spa area you have to go through the reception in your bathing suit to ask for towels since it is not included in the room, slippers and bathrobe are not provided (unacceptable), the food at the buffet you were absent the same way in the evening, there is a chance that in the evening you will see people sitting in...
Nice stay, perfect location, close to Disney thanks to its free shuttle! Children's playground, swimming pool! Buffet breakfast. Smiling and welcoming receptionists despite a present young woman who was nonchalante (a trainee? ... A little bit of electricity that was quickly solved. I highly recommend!
