Been ordering at this restaurant for over 10 years food is usually always consistent and i’ve never had to complain. Tonight I had ordered the chicken gyro which I have gotten plenty of times in the past but tonight the sauce tasted like it had gone bad or something wasn’t right, I called them and asked them if I could get a different meal and the owner insisted that he tried the chicken and it was fine even though that wasn’t what I was complaining about. He told me there was nothing he could do about it and was giving me a hard time about a refund. He continued to laugh at me on the phone because I wanted a refund or a new meal. The food lacked flavor and the service was disappointing. I had to wait 20 minutes just for a cup of coffee, which felt excessive. Prices are very high for what you get. I would advise against visiting this place; there are many wonderful breakfast spots in Westfield that are far better. If I could rate it lower, I definitely would.

I would give this place 6 stars. Breakfast was made just right, very good portions. Also they have truck parking, which is so rare in the northeast.
