I came here because of the reviews. I heard the waitress tell the table next to me that if they give a good review then they will get $10 off their bill. I had already ordered and I got the lunch special #2. The presentation was impeccable some of the best I’ve ever seen. The taste not so much. I was put off by the amount of mayo in the salmon magic rolls. The green dragon roll was also mediocre. Not sure why they put a large piece of avocado inside the roll when a green dragon already has it on top. The reviews are lies. Looks and sounds great but the best part was the gyoza which probably came frozen.
One of our go-to spots for high quality sushi at a great value in Richmond Hill! It's a been such a staple in the area having operated for 20 years, every meal here has been exceptional. The staff are always so friendly and generous, you're very well cared for while dining in. Their portions are massive and the fish is always so fresh. The bentos and dinner specials are great for date nights and don't forget to try the Golden Scallop roll!
The special rolls were very fresh and well made. We got the Presidents choice, Salmon's magic, Snow corn roll and Salmon Festival. We also got the Sashimi Nori set which was really good and sharable. It was the perfect portion size to share among 4 people. The presentation was beautiful and colorful. In addition, the service here was great the employees and the chef were really welcoming.Parking: Parking is available for free.
Got some takeout for the first time here. It's been a long time since I've had sushi this good. Super fresh fish and perfectly cooked rice. Loved the rainbow roll the most! Just the perfect blend of complexity and simplicity. Well done! I'll be back for sure! ?Vegetarian options: It would be nice to develop more innovative vegetarian options. Got the salmon dynamite roll...absolutely loved it! It is a small and quiet place, but the staff are very friendly and it is consistently an excellent experience!Haven't been a in a couple's years and decided to revisit this gem of a spot. I am glad to say that they still provide excellent service and food!!
Such a cute little sushi spot. The salmon sashimi is fabulous and the service is great. The lady who serves is very friendly and has a professional sense of urgency. Their special rolls are worth the price and their lunch special at $21 is what I consider to be a good deal.
Sapporo's sushi is INCREDIBLE (notably Golden Scallop Roll, Salmon Festival Roll, President's Choice Roll) and others. The sushi is huge and so worth the price. You've got to try this place. Cozy interior, very kind staff. Perfect place for wonderful food on a nice evening.
